Overview
Willamette Valley Behavioral Health is  seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Licensed Therapists, Associates, and QMHPs to join our  dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in therapy  and patient assessment, with a focus on providing high-quality mental  health support in a clinical setting. This role requires a commitment to  fostering positive therapeutic relationships and the ability to work  effectively with diverse populations. Associates and QMHPs are  encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide direct support through various therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention and behavior management techniques.
  • Engage in ongoing research to stay informed about best practices in therapy and mental health care.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure holistic care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Offer Christian counseling when appropriate, integrating faith-based principles into therapeutic practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Clinical Therapist or equivalent credentials.
  • Proven experience in therapy, patient assessment, and crisis intervention within a clinical setting.
  • Strong skills in behavior management and the ability to conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies related to mental health practices is preferred.
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of mental health therapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: WVBH uses a split fee payment of 60% for associates and 70% for licensed clinicians, pay can range from $60-$140 per billable hour depending on insurance.
