As a nurse practitioner, I care for the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience. I believe healing is multidimensional, and I strive to create a space where you can show up authentically and where your goals guide our work together.
My healthcare career began in 2008 in emergency medicine, where I learned to listen deeply and understand the full context of a person’s health. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012 and later shifted my focus to mental health during the COVID‑19 pandemic, becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I also spent many years working in neurology, which gave me a profound understanding of the brain and the conditions that affect it. That experience shapes my approach today—I center brain health in treatment planning and integrate what I’ve learned across emergency medicine, family practice, neurology, and psychiatry.
I’ve worked in Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, co‑occurring conditions, and neurodivergence including ADHD and bipolar disorder. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people facing complex challenges with steadiness and compassion.
My intention is always to support healing that feels grounded, sustainable, and aligned with the whole person. If you’re here, I hope to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move toward greater balance and wellness.
