At Willamette Valley Behavioral Health (WVBH), we believe that everyone deserves dignity, compassion, and access to mental health care no matter where they live. Our outreach teams work throughout Lane County to connect with individuals experiencing homelessness, providing essential behavioral health services, support, and hope.
Our outreach program is built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. We know that traditional systems can be difficult to access for those living without stable housing. That’s why our dedicated team goes directly into the community visiting encampments, shelters, meal sites, and public spaces to offer compassionate care and consistent support.
We focus on:
WVBH partners with local agencies, shelters, and public health organizations to ensure our unhoused neighbors receive the care and advocacy they deserve. Working alongside other community leaders in Lane County, we strive to create a seamless network of support that addresses both immediate needs and long-term recovery.
Through trauma-informed care and harm reduction approaches, we meet individuals where they are—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and help someone take the next step toward safety, stability, and wellness.
Our goal is not just to provide services, but to create pathways to healing and housing, helping each person reclaim their sense of belonging and purpose.
