
Anna Keppen, MFT-A is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate whose life passion is rooted in supporting people in finding their joy, healing, and integrating all parts of themselves so they can feel at home within themselves. She brings a trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative approach to therapy and has worked in mental health and holistic health field in both domestic and international settings.
Based in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Anna therapeutically supports individuals, couples, families, and group work. She holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Oregon Institute of Technology and blends her clinical training with a deep respect for the mind–body connection, family systems, and community-based healing.
Anna’s work is deeply informed by mindfulness practices, yoga, and encourages creative expression. She believes that healing happens in relationship and in community, and she is passionate about helping clients regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and safely process trauma. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and empowering clients.
Anna works supporting clients through mindfulness-based therapy, recovery and substance use struggles, attachment-based work, DBT, explorative art therapy, and trauma-focused approaches including PTSD and CPTSD. She is also a licensed yoga instructor and incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices when clinically appropriate
