About Me

As a clinician, my approach is grounded in whole-person care—honoring the unique experiences, needs, and goals of each individual I work with. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic strategies that support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, which serves as the foundation of my work and informs my commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care. In addition to this formal training, I bring a diverse set of complementary skills and certifications, including life coaching, Reiki Master, massage therapy, and somatic emotional attachment release. This integrative background allows me to approach healing from multiple angles, always centering the whole person.

I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients through the difficult, messy, and transformative parts of their journey. My support is steady, nonjudgmental, and encouraging. I believe in doing my own inner work and will never ask you to explore anything I haven’t explored myself. This ongoing self-reflection and growth help me stay grounded and present with those I support.

A key part of my work involves helping clients reconnect with their bodies and emotions—learning to slow down and fully feel, not just from the mind, but through the entire body. I believe this embodied awareness is vital for lasting healing.

One of my greatest passions is supporting individuals in identifying and releasing the underlying roots of trauma and behavior patterns that are stored in the body. I also have extensive knowledge of 12-step recovery work and have personally worked the 12 steps of Al-Anon.

If you’ve found your way here, my intention is to support you in seeking true, whole-person healing—mind, body, and spirit.
