About Bethany

Hi, I'm Bethany Williams. Your story is uniquely yours. I believe that you are valuable and worthy of being heard and understood. Your story is worth telling and worth listening to. My passion is to help you understand yourself and how you interact with the world around you. To help you acquire the tools and skills that will enable you to thrive as your authentic self.

I love working with individuals of all ages. I do a lot of trauma work and grief work for people who have experienced significant moments of pain and help you get to a place where you feel able to thrive.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist you in your growth journey. Each person is unique and therapy should be tailored to your specific needs. I use cognitive, acceptance, narrative, strength based and dialectic therapies to help you work on whatever your special needs and interests are. We collaborate together to create a plan that works for you and one that you actually want to accomplish. I believe you do well when you can do well. I am here to partner with you to walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Therapist Associate. I have a Master of Arts in counseling from Western Seminary, where I received an extra certification in child and adolescent therapy. I enjoy working with teens/young adults who are at major milestones of self-discovery and growth. I am also trained in incorporating your faith/spiritual beliefs in therapy. I became a therapist because of how impactful therapy was in my own life and how it helped transform me into who I am today. If you are ready to start the journey of growth, self-discovery and or healing, I would be honored to walk beside you.
