Feeling disconnected—from yourself, your body, or the people you care about? Overwhelmed by burnout, isolation, chronic stress, or the lingering effects of trauma? Maybe it’s hard to access support, stay regulated, or show up in your relationships the way you want to.
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry this on your own.
I support individuals, couples, and families who are seeking more connection, presence, and meaning in their lives. You might be stretched thin, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move
forward—especially in relationships that matter most. Whether you’re carrying chronic stress, illness, pain, or the lasting impact of trauma, I offer a compassionate, relational space where all parts of you are welcome. I bring a warm, collaborative presence and a deep respect for the wisdom you already carry. My work is rooted
in the belief that healing happens in connection: with self, with others, with community, and with the natural world. I have particular experience supporting queer and trans clients, neurodivergent folks, people in non-traditional relationships or chosen families, and parents and caregivers striving to show up with presence, care, and self-compassion. I aim to make therapy a space where you can bring
your full self and be met with gentleness and curiosity. Our work together might involve building communication tools, practicing co-regulation, deepening self-trust, setting boundaries, or creating more space for grief, creativity, and rest. We might explore how to move out of black-and-white thinking, navigate life transitions, tend to
your relationships with more intention, or reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounding. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a place to be heard, therapy can be a place to reconnect—with your values, your voice, and your capacity to live in a way that feels
more aligned. My practice integrates Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems, alongside elements of attachment theory, ecotherapy, expressive arts therapy, liberation psychology, polyvagal theory,
and somatic approaches. I strive to create a nurturing, nonjudgmental space that honors your lived experience and affirms all bodies, identities, and ways of being. I understand how hard it can be to feel disconnected—from yourself, from others, and from the
world around you. I also believe that healing is possible, and it doesn’t have to happen in isolation. If you’re longing to feel more resourced and connected, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s start that conversation.
