About Holly

Healing doesn’t always begin with words. Sometimes it begins with a breath, a moment of stillness, or a gentle turning inward. However you arrive, I believe therapy can be a space to reconnect with your body, your voice, and your own inner rhythm.

My journey in counseling began in 2012 at the University of Hawaii, and I have since completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Along the way, both my life and practice have been shaped by the diverse cultures and landscapes of the Pacific Coast, having lived in Hawaii, California, and Oregon. These experiences have deepened my commitment and expanded my capacity to hold space for people from all walks of life.

I offer a holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach to healing. As both a therapist and breathwork facilitator, I take an integrative approach that weaves together evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and EMDR, with somatic, experiential, and body-based practices, adapting the process to fit each client’s unique nervous system, experiences, and goals.

Grounded in authenticity and mutual respect, I strive to meet you exactly where you are. I value creativity, connection, and self-expression as essential parts of the process, and I am dedicated to creating an affirming space where neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and gender-expansive folks are fully welcomed and honored.

With warmth and attunement, I am here to support you in exploring who you are and where you want to go moving toward a more embodied, empowered, and authentic way of being.
