My name is Justin, and I am honored to serve those facing the hardships of life and to be a vessel of support along the way.

My approach is person-centered, meaning each session is entirely about you. To me, the saying “meeting you where you are at,” means that I am focused on delivering to you what I believe will support you best in that present moment. In other words, my agenda is your agenda.

I believe the client is the expert of their own lives. My desire is to provide a safe space to explore for them together. Every individual has a source of inner wisdom. It is my goal to help you discover that source inside of you.

Throughout our journey together, I will prioritize providing you with unconditional positive regard. While not limited to these challenges, I focus on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem.

My modalities of choice include cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems therapy, and dialectical thinking.

I am a graduate of the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and completed my master’s in social work from the University of Southern California. I am currently certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with MHACBO.  During my time in the field, I have worked with clients from all walks of life (from ages 4 to 82) and in a variety of settings, including residential treatment facilities, outpatient behavioral health, partial hospitalization programs, and services for the unhoused.

It would be a privilege to be a part of your journey towards wellness.
