Latoya Moore, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 12 years of nursing experience and four years of specialized experience providing community-based mental health care across the lifespan. I have experience treating a wide variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, and other psychiatric concerns.

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. I believe that meaningful mental health care goes beyond prescribing medication and includes building strong therapeutic relationships that promote trust, healing, and personal growth.

My practice is rooted in evidence-based care through medication management, psychotherapy, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation to help clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their mental health goals. Every treatment plan is tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

Mental health is more than my profession—it's my passion. I believe every person deserves to be treated with the same care, compassion, and respect that I would give my own family. My goal is not to simply manage symptoms but, whenever possible, to help clients achieve remission, improve their overall well-being, and become the best version of themselves. I am committed to partnering with my clients every step of the way as they work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
