Many of the people I work with are struggling with something bigger than a single diagnosis anxiety, depression, and self-critical thinking that's tangled up with the pressures of modern life: climate grief, existential dread, and the exhaustion of trying to build a meaningful life within systems that often feel at odds with human wellbeing.
I'm a spiritual therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I bring a decolonial, anti-capitalist lens to my clinical work. This means I help clients understand how internalized beliefs — about productivity, worth, and "should" — often originate outside of themselves, and I support them in building a more compassionate, self-trusting relationship with their own minds.
My approach blends evidence-based tools with space for the bigger questions: Who am I outside of what I produce? What do I believe about meaning, connection, and something greater than myself? Clients come to me working through trauma, anxiety, and depression, and also through grief, identity, and a search for purpose that doesn't fit neatly into traditional frameworks.
Therapy with me is collaborative and direct. I'll help you build practical skills for managing distress while also making room for the existential and spiritual dimensions of what you're carrying — because healing isn't only about symptom reduction; it's about reconnecting with a life that feels genuinely yours.
If you're ready to move from surviving to thriving, I'd be glad to work with you.
