Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward in your relationships? You may be carrying a lot - trying to make sense of your experiences while also managing the demands of everyday life.
You don’t have to do that alone.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, where we can slow down, explore your experiences with curiosity, and begin to understand the patterns that shape your life and relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported - while also being gently challenged in ways that support your growth.
My work is rooted in a perspective that our relationships, environments, and lived experiences shape the ways we connect with ourselves and others. I draw from approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, integrating these in a way that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I have particular experience working with young adults, women, and individuals navigating life transitions, as well as those processing the impacts of trauma and exploring identity. Through my clinical training and my past work, I have developed a deep respect for the resilience people carry - even in the midst of significant stress and uncertainty.
At the core, I believe therapy should be a place where you can be your most vulnerable and open, and be met with acceptance and understanding. It is also a space to build insight and develop tools that support movement toward your goals and the life you want to create.
I strive to offer care that is affirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect for your lived experience.
I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Couples and Family Therapy at the University of Oregon. I am committed to my ongoing learning and to offering care that is thoughtful, collaborative, and responsive to each person I work with.
