Therapeutic work is a collaborative journey. I am honored to be part of the team at WVBH and bring with me a diverse background shaped by years of experience in various mental health settings. My approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth and healing.
The direction of our work is guided by your values, goals, and lived experiences. Together, we will explore the barriers that may be impacting your relationships, self-compassion, and confidence. I take a systemic view—acknowledging how family dynamics, culture, social context, biology, and environment shape our emotional lives.
I integrate a trauma-focused lens in therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Existential approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cultural-Relational frameworks. I believe that trauma lives in the body as well as the mind, and healing often requires outlets for both.
