About Me

Originally from West Michigan, I have been a lifelong adventurer. One of my favorite things about traveling is meeting fellow adventurers, learning more about them, and sharing a portion of their story. That is the same sentiment I bring to counseling. I want to meet you where you are in your journey, learn about you, walk alongside you for a time, and support you in this ultimate adventure we call life. Whether you are at your highest peak or resting in the valley, I hope to bring an evidence based integrated approach to care that is as unique as you. I want to cultivate a space that is safe, affirming, and collaborative, to set free the strength and resilience that is already inside you. Counseling is not about fixing you or your adventure but rather exploring with curiosity the various forks in the road.

As I pursue my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Bushnell University, I continue to develop my clinical knowledge and skills. This is part of my life adventure that allows me to develop as a clinician to better support you in your journey. As for your adventure, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you develop ways to bloom in your landscape.
