I'm Saira, therapist at WVBH, and I'm passionate about guiding individuals on their paths to healing and self-discovery. My path has been shaped by both dedicated learning and lived experience. I've been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) since earning my Master’s in Clinical Counseling in 2011, and I'm also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I bring together this thoughtful clinical framework with the grounding practices of yoga and mindfulness. It’s not just about talking, it’s about reconnecting with the wisdom of your own body and emotions.
I’ve always believed that real healing begins with a single, honest conversation. You deserve a space where you can be your complete selfwithout pretense or judgment. That’s the heart of my practice. Whether you're facing anxiety, healing from past wounds, or simply feeling out of balance, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and practical support.
What can you expect when we meet? A warm, human connection. I listen deeply, and I’ll gently challenge you when needed. My hope is to help you not only navigate this chapter of your life and also to uncover the strength and clarity that have been within you all along. If you’re looking for a therapist who sees you as a whole person—not a set of symptoms—I would be honored to support you.
