About Wade

Wade brings over 15 years of dedicated experience as a case manager in the mental health field, guided by a deep belief in meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them with respect, patience, and compassion. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individuals and families navigating complex life challenges, always striving to reduce barriers and connect people to the resources and supports they need to move forward with dignity and hope.

At the core of Wade’s work is a genuine passion for advocacy. He understands that access to care is not always straightforward, and he is committed to helping individuals navigate systems that can feel overwhelming or inaccessible. By listening carefully, building trust, and honoring each person’s unique story, Wade creates a supportive space where people feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Outside of his professional life, Wade is deeply family-oriented and values time spent with loved ones. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Oregon Ducks, finding joy and connection in cheering them on and sharing that tradition with family and friends. These personal passions help ground Wade and fuel the empathy, balance, and dedication he brings into his work every day.

Whether advocating for resources, supporting individuals through transitions, or celebrating small victories along the way, Wade approaches his role with authenticity, heart, and a steadfast commitment to improving the lives of those he serves.
