Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach to counseling is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I strive to create a space where people feel safe to explore what is difficult while also discovering new possibilities for growth.
My work has been shaped by experiences across rural Oregon and major cities, giving me a perspective that balances down-to-earth connection with multicultural awareness. I bring a background of more than 10 years in nonprofit management, work as a professional storytelling coach, and over 14 years in the hospitality industry. These experiences have strengthened my ability to listen deeply, connect across differences, and support people in meaningful ways. I value authenticity and collaboration, which helps create a space where clients can explore challenges while building on their own strengths.
At Willamette Valley Behavioral Health, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and life experiences, including younger adults, older adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, men's issues, couples, and those navigating grief, trauma, life transitions, or challenges connected to systemic issues. I am proud to be part of a team that values dignity, respect, and holistic support, and I am committed to providing care that helps people feel empowered and understood.
